Installation guide

Installing the theme is easy, and the process is mostly automated by WordPress. Simply choose from the several alternatives available below to install the theme.

Installing via the Dashboard

By searching for the theme

1. In your WordPress Admin, go to Appearance > Themes, and click on the Install Themes tab near the top of the page.
2. Type in graphene in the search box and click Search.
3. Under the Graphene theme preview image and title, click on the Install link to install the theme.
4. Activate the theme after the installation to start using it.

By uploading the theme

If you have downloaded the theme's zip file from the theme's page in the official WordPress.org Themes Repository, follow these steps to install the theme.

1. In your WordPress Admin, go to Appearance > Themes, and click on the Install Themes tab near the top of the page.
2. Click on the Upload link in the Install Themes page.
3. Click on Browse and select the theme's .zip file that you have downloaded from your computer.
4. Click on Install Now to upload and install the theme.
5. Activate the theme after the installation to start using it.

Installing via FTP

1. Download the theme's zip file from the theme's page in the official WordPress.org Themes Repository.
2. Extract the downloaded zip file in your computer. This should produce a folder called graphene that contains the theme's files in it.
3. Via FTP, Upload the entire graphene folder you have extracted in step 2 into the wp-content/themes/ folder in your server.
4. In your WordPress Admin, go to Appearance > Themes, and activate the theme to start using it.
